Muzzle Flash - Adobe Photoshop Tutorial

Create a new layer. Make a circle just like in the image.



Use these settings for the Smudge Tool.



Start smudging from the center



Smudge it until it looks similar to the image above.



Apply Outer Glow to the 'Muzzle Flash' layer.



And there you have it, a muzzle flash.
